Marsha was appointed Village Manager in April of 2008. Prior to that, she had served as Clerk-Treasurer since January of 1997. Marsha earned the distinction of Certified Municipal Clerk, Certified Public Finance

Welcome to the Village of Holly, Michigan. We are located Northwest of Detroit and Southeast of Flint. The Village is located in Holly Township in Northwest Oakland County.

The Village is within 5 miles of two state parks. We have six lakes in the Village and nine park or sporting facilities within our 2.5 square mile area.

Holly Schools in the Village include Patterson and Holly Elementary, Sherman Middle School and Holly High School, and the Karl Richter Campus.
