The Full Service Police Department is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Department operates a high technology enhanced E911 communications center dispatching police, fire and emergency medical services 24 hours a day.

Summary of Services
The Holly Police Department's mission is to enhance the quality of life in the Village of Holly by working cooperatively with the community and citizens to enforce the law, preserve the peace, reduce the fear of crime and provide for a safe environment.

“Working to provide the police services the citizens want -- rather than what we think they need.”

The Department is budgeted for 17 full-time employees and used an additional 10 part-time employees to efficiently respond to 10,888 calls for police service in 2005. The Holly Police Department is organized in two divisions, the Uniformed Services Division and the Administrative Services Division. The Department works closely with the Holly Area Schools managing the crossing guard program, and employing a police school liaison officer.
